This is amazing. We are pitched facing west and have seen some stunning sunsets. It's convenient to access road links to all the local amenities and attractions. A short drive takes you to beaches, Cheddar Gorge, Chew Valley Lakes, Glastonbury, Street and Clarks Village. If you're into birdwatching, then Steart Marshes, Ham Wall, Shapwick Heath and many other local reserves are close by. The hosts, Jackie and Glyn are friendly and attentive. It is so peaceful and definitely one to come back to, if Boris doesn't lock us in again. All necessary Covid protections are in place, and the facilities are clean and fresh. Camping here is the ideal way to getaway, and stay a safe distance from others.

Wonderful facilities and a lovely welcome. We have stayed in a lot of camp sites but this one definitely rates as one of the best. The owners clearly make a lot of effort, met us on arrival and gave us their time and advice on local pubs. Toilet/shower rooms are really nice, kept very clean. Sadly we were only there for one night so charging phones wasn't an issue but great to have a facility to charge up phones if needed. Pitches are a very generous size also, on very well kept ground.

Loved this site, Jackie and her husband are very welcoming and chilled. They gave us great tips on places to go and eat. The site and facilities are spotless, with the nicest grass we've ever camped on. 🙂

The owners are extremely friendly and welcomed us at the door. We made a last minute booking but this was no trouble at all and they were on hand to help with anything we needed. The most clean facilities and the park was immaculate.

This campsite is absolutely spotless and the facilities are superb. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's a great spot if you want to explore Glastonbury, Somerset and/or Exmoor.

A small, but beautiful site. Owners Jackie and Glyn couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful, even fixing broken water pipe on van for me. Spent a fabulous 4 nights with my 3 year old grandson. Site is lovely and peaceful, a perfect place for family time. Whole site is immaculate and toilets/shower are 5*. Will definitely go back.
